Installation is easy! The entrance end of the slide bedway is extended and bent over to the proper angle for your slide at this deck height. When you order, be sure to let us know the EXACT height of your deck, so we can adjust the angle properly. Even if your deck is only a few inches off in height, the slope of the slide will need to compensate properly to achieve the required angle for safe descent. Place the slide against the bedway and the folded over portion now rests vertically, against the fascia of your deck or landing. Attach with deck bolts through predrilled holes, and tighten. Durable battens reinforce the slide beneath the bedway.

We offer complete service from design, detailed engineering ,through manufacturing to installation. Many slides may be utilized as a pool slide or water slide (also called a FLUME slide). A DRY SLIDE may be used as an outdoor slide or indoor slide. On a hill, slope or architectural buildout, you may be looking for an embankment slide, hill slide, or slope slide. A THEME SLIDE may incorporate unique colors, or added theme events or features. A CUSTOM SLIDE may be designed to fit your unique space, theme, concept or idea. Many office, business or commercial venues are looking for a STAINLESS STEEL slide.

Metal Slide testing finds results contrary to popular belief as cooler than plastic slides. Temperature testing finds surfaces an average of 8 degrees cooler. This means even in the most adverse positioning toward the sun they maintain cooler temperatures than even the lightest plastic color slides. No more worries about color fading from UV exposure. Cold temperature cracking is eliminated. Aluminum and metal slides are more accommodating to children with cochlear hearing implants with reduced static electricity. A plastic slide can generate up to 60,000 volts of electricity! These slides also provide superior vandal resistance such as grafitti and burning. Repair or repainting is also easier.

Does not include deck, stairs or platform barriers.

FREIGHT NOTE: Slides are big and can become costly when trying to ship. With only a few exceptions, slides must ship by common carrier (freight truck). Freight pricing is a complex formula including factors such as: weight, dimensions, your location or your type of location. To further complicate the shipment, most slides need to be placed on a skid or crate for shipment. This added weight means it probably wouldn’t be more to ship two or three at the same time as one slide. Be sure to consolidate all of your purchases for the project into one order. Freight to a commercial location is usually less expensive. A location qualifies for commercial pricing is the address of delivery has a freight dock. All other locations are classified as residential. While a church, school or retail shop isn’t a residential venue, it is usually classified as such by the freight company. The delivery address for a shipment must be attended. Freight carriers charge a surcharge or add on fee for delivery notification, appointment or scheduled delivery is an added fee. Many times with large or heavy freight, a liftgate is a useful aid to get material from the truck to the ground. In the case of slides, a liftgate can not be used as they are not deep and wide enough to allow the slide to fit on them. Unloading your slide is your responsibility and may take one or more persons to do the job. Please share your project information and we will ensure you have the correct item, and work with you to make sure that you receive the best value and most appropriate solution!
